Doreen McGookey is a long time attorney with a varied background as an attorney. She started out as a legal advisor to the the Dallas Police Department. Since that time, she has been a City Attorney and a General Counsel where she negotiated complex contracts with large and small businesses, including hedge funds and private equity firms.
Now she is combining those skills in offering a unique one-day class that will help explain complex contract terms in a way that is understandable. She will also give you ideas of how to negotiate those terms based on her experience.
